External premium and classic feature doors from Premdor range, to include brass effect letter plate, hinges and security ironmongery.

Garage Doors
Canopy with vertical boarding effect, powder coated in brilliant white.

Softwood, white gloss, including turned balusters with matching handrails and newels.

Bathrooms & En-suites
Ideal Standard Alto Range in white with chromium plated taps and accessories, acrylic baths and Trevi Strada shower trays.
Trevi Therm showers are provided to shower enclosures with Trevi Compact showers over baths where there is no en-suite.

Gardens
Front gardens are seeded and fenced in accordance with our detailed drawings, elsewhere topsoil and hard landscaping will be installed where appropriate.
Plot landscaping can be accommodated as an optional extra. #
