Softwood, white gloss, including turned balusters with matching handrails and newels.

Bathrooms & En-suites

Ideal Standard Alto Range in white with chromium plated taps and accessories, acrylic baths and Trevi Strada shower trays.
Trevi Therm showers are provided to shower enclosures with Trevi Compact showers over baths where there is no en-suite.

Gardens

Front gardens are turfed and fenced in accordance with our detailed drawings, elsewhere topsoil and hard landscaping will be installed where appropriate.
Plot landscaping can be accommodated as an optional extra. #

Heating

LPG Central heating.
Thermostatically controlled radiators to all rooms.
Properties where chimney breasts are constructed to be fitted with an appropriate metal flue to accept a gas-fired appliance.
Fires and surrounds are not supplied.
Electricity and gas points provided adjacent to fire surround.

Decoration

100mm coving to lounge and hall.
Smooth finished white ceilings.
Kitchens, bathrooms and cloaks have white walls and all other walls are finished in magnolia matt emulsion.
All internal and external woodwork painted white gloss.

Electrical

Door bell, Burglar alarm.
Smoke detectors.
TV & BT point to main reception and Bed 1 (no aerial)
External lights to front and rear entrances.

Kitchen

Allied Victoria Range or equal and approved.

Under oven, hob, integrated hood and dishwasher fitted as standard.
Space for fridge/freezer and plumbed for washing machine.
S.S. Bowl and drainer with chromium plated monoblock mixer tap.

Wall tiling

Gemini or equal and approved.
